Phone not working after switching to broadband fibre

Switched to broadband fibre yesterday and now my land line phone isnt working. It will not make or recieve calls

Yes.  When you have Sky Fibre, you have internet calls and the old copper phone line becomes redundant.

Same problem for me. It has been off now for 5 days. Sky says they are wait for BT to make the switch over. 5 days seems  a very long delay which I suspect just needs somebody to punch a few keys on a computer.

@Skipper1 previous posts suggest that that sort of delay isn't unusual.
