The Openreach engineer may have been working on the issue remotely at the exchange or the local green cabinet. Has she checked to see if it's fixed?

If it isn't she needs to call Sky tomorrow as Openreach update their isps overnight.

@fgscv Openreach aim to attend within 2 days but it can be up to 5 depending on workload within the local exchange.
