I urgently need an engineer I have tried phoning and cannot get through to book one.
I keep getting cut off.
My mum lives alone and her phone line is gone we did every test and nothing is working including changing phones.
How do I get someone out!

What was the result?
Lastly, are you authorised to speak to Sky on hehalf of your mum by use of a telephone password?

Hi Yes i have tried another phone unplugged ran all the tests, I am just finding impossible to get through since yesterday, everything is automated, I am authorised to speak on the account, I just cant get someone to speak too!!

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
