Phone line issue - not able to make or receive calls
Hi,
This is the second message I have raised as I never recieved a reply back yesterday along with the numerous calls to try to speak with someone!
I switched my internet across on Tuesday 27th but since I have had no phone line, my home phone is showing a message ' line cord error'. I have now been without a phoneline to make calls for 3 days with no support. Further to this, my new internet keeps dropping and the signal is very low.
Please provide support on this matter given that I am 92 years old and a phone line is critical for me!

@Peanutlee3186 Where is your phone plugged into just now and does your router have a voice light?

@Highlinder - the route has a light and work, but signal is very low, the phone is still plugged into the main socket and I haven't changed it from when I was with BT. Tried restartign everything but not happens.

@Peanutlee3186 If there is a voice light on the router then the phone should be plugged into the back of the router in order to use the phone and not into the socket in the wall.
