Phone line has no dialling tone cant make or receive calls

My phone line has no dial tone and cannot receive or make calls

@tracy651  Has it ever worked?  If so when was the last time?

 

Have you recently upgraded broadband or moved to Sky?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
