Phone-line at address but from previous owners

Hello, 

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask but I'm looking to sign up for Sky broadband. I am currently with NowTv, when I go to view deals I am prompted with a message saying a sky landline is already at this address. Is this due to me having NowTv? Like is it classed as a sky Landline or is it becuse the previous tenants had a sky landline installed previous to me moving into the property? 
I hope this makes sense. Any suggestions would be great

@CT1998 yes, it's the right place. NowTV doesn't involve taking over the landline, so it's likely to be, as you suspect, that the previous tenant (or landlord?) has set up Sky broadband. If you're new to the property is it possible that the previous tenant's 14 days cancellation notice period hasn't yet expired? If so, just sit tight for a few days and try again.
