my landline phone stopped working, it says check phone line. done all that but still nothing, it was working Friday morning 1st December but by afternoon totally not.. No dial tone, Can't ring out or receive calls, continous ringing tone to somebody ringing the housephone from an external phone. Done all checks that was described on web site which say everything is ok, which clearly its not..
Sky's "Help" system suggests ringing them... but with no landline that is very problematical. both myself and my mum being disabled we really need the phone.
Any ideas how I can report the fault via internet, I have been trying for three days now...

I’ve escalated your issue to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later. If they discover a fault they'll pass it to Openreach to investigate.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

In your circumstances it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help you in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
