Old land line phone number

We wanted to keep our old landline number but have been given a new number 

We only found out yesterday as my wife was ringing her aunt who is 87 and it confused her as it came up with nuisance caller 

We would like our old number back 

But cant get hold of a person from sky to speak to

It's unlikely that Sky will be able,to retrieve it, I'm afraid,  but you can call Sky on 150 from your landline phone.
