Not receiving incoming calls from mobile phones.

Have just had sky broadband and talk installed,  but it won't accept incoming calls from mobile phones. 

Being disabled pensioners we need to be able to stay in touch.

Any help gratefully received.

@Colin-H when was installation completed? Activation of the phone service can take 24 hours or so to complete.

Instalation was completed by engineer at 09.40 on Wednesday morning.

@Colin-H try restarting your broadband Hub by switching it off at the plug for a few minutes. If that doesn't fix it, it may simply.be taking a little longer than usual for activation to complete. You could give Sky a call (dial 150) to report it, if you wish.

Almost a week now, but still not able to call home phone from our mobiles.  Landline calls are working in and out.

Have now contacted mobile provider to check if it is a mobile problem.
