Hi
I am unable to receive calls on the landline. It is letting me dial out however suggests the number is temporarily out of order if someone tries to call me. No new services added recently either

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
