No telephone in or out

Your engineer connected up our broadband yesterday and told me our phone would be working by midnight. It is not and this is inconvenient as I work from home.

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.

 

The Talk service can take up to 24 hours to be activated particularly with Fibre installations. I'm afraid working from home brings no extra or faster support as Sky Broadband and Sky Talk are domestic subscriptions.

Do you have a black broadband Hub? Or a white one? If you have a black one, is the Voice LED on the front panel illuminated?

Thanks for comments. Situation resolved. Engineer had miss wired Router.
