No phone signal.
When I pick up the receiver to make a call, all I get is phone in use. I only have 1 phone. If I dial house number from mobile., the phone rings constantly in mobile ear piece but house phone doesn't ring.

Try the troubleshooting on this link. If it discovers an external fault it may allow you to arrange an engineer visit
