No phone line since full fiber installed

Ive got no phone line since my full fiber was installed. Reported on the 8th oct was asked to call to give more information but cant get past the ai to talk to someone. Can anyone help please. Im disabled and rely on my phone.

If you have health issues, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~

@Karancustance is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub (it won't work from a wall socket)? Do you have a black Hub, or white? If it's black, is the Voice LED on the front panel illuminated? Amber or green?
