No phone line can't make or receive callls

Can't make or receive calls.  Done all the checks with phone socket but it hasn't worked.

Have you made any changes to your Broadband / Talk package recently? 

If you haven't already, try the troubleshooting here. Don't worry that it seems to be about your broadband. If a fault is detected it may allow you to book an engineer there and then
