Hey, we are having trouble with our phone line. We can't make or receive calls and there is no dial tone. Broadband is working though so not sure what the cause is. Have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, tried to use a different corded phone, and used the online services to check the line, which showed no faults.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit up as the phone line would need to be plugged into this if it does. If it doesn't have this light then try running through this:

Our hub doesn't have the phone light, and we've tried everything from that link.
