That could be the issue.  Try pc world, currys, dixons,argos for longer cable as opposed to any kind of extension

@Mikesauns Why two cables, normally just a cable RJ11 on one side and a BT style connector on the other. Has it been a mix and match before, always tricky, if it was working previous on the master socket, would expect it to be fine on the hub. You may just need to try phone elsewhere or new phone for the hub to test.

Try directly plugging the phone into the hub without any other extension type cables

Not sure if by joining bkock they mean microfilter or extension  cable.

@cookiemonsteruk Could be that micro filter should not be an issue as long as it is a working filter, may just be an rj11 to rj11 cable, plugged that into the filter and no chance that will work for voice in anyway come a month off sunday's... Sometimes you just get some stupid cables sent in phone boxes, but if worked before in the Master socket then who knows, time to do swaps or check phone elsewhere.

@Mikesauns Can you do a picture cable from the other end's and connected into the back off the hub, one off the pictures has got stuck for some reason.

Yep. Was the connector block. The single cable worked fine. I need a longer one to reach so have ordered. Got there in the end. Thanks again
