Since the last week I am without phone, and broad band in 4.6 MB/s. I want to know when this problem is sorted? From 8 August my speed come down. After this, my phone stopped working.
I need a solution for these issues, if not I will cancel my subscription after 9 years being a client.

Yes, I am waiting to be sorted, but at the moment nothing were sorted. The Openreach didn't found the problem.

It's possible that they were unable to fix it at that time and further work is needed. Timescales for doing that are outside Sky's control, but you should be compensated for the loss of your landline service. You could give Sky a call to see what Openreach have told them following their first look at the fault.
