No landline due to a fault

Landline has been down for almost 3 weeks and so Broadband not working

 More importantly this is having an impact on my 91 year old elderly fathers pendant alarm system. 

This needs to be looked at urgently

 The line beside the house seems to have come down

Appreciate a prompt response as this is urgent.

@Berti1  Has it been reported to Sky at all in the last 3 weeks?  What have they said?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
