Upgraded to Sky gigafast yesterday. I've plugged telephone into the phone port of the new white router and I can make outgoing calls but am not receiving incoming calls.
Any thoughts please? Regards

All good here now. The problem was my older landline phone. A new DECT phone sorted it out. Sky/BT techies knew what the issue was but failed to feed this back to me.

It can take 24 hours for the phone service to be fully activated. If you still have no incoming calls tomorrow, first try resetting the Hub, by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. If it's still no fully working after that, it's best reported to Sky. If you post back tomorrow, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

Hi Again
Still no incoming calls.
I contacted Sky, was put through to a call centre where I had an almost interminable call of about 40 mins - unplug this, unplug that, reset, etc., even though i had previously done all of that.
I tried Sky again and the call centre rep admitted that it was an Openreach issue, probably at the exchange and it could take up to a week to work through the system.
I wait for an outcome, not holding my breath though...!
