If your phone line is not plugged into the back of your broadband hub and if you haven't already, then run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.

I've been the same as other gentleman having not had any incoming or can't make out going calls tried everything sky advises to do can someone put me in the direction to get line checked?

@Tom-W19 I'm having same problem any chance you can run a test please or @Lisa-P1987 tried everything bought new phone still exactly the same
