No green light on router for voice

Only gone live on Wednesday but can't get phone to work.Voice light is off.

Is your phone plugged into the Hub?

 

Try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds. If the Voice light is still unlit, it's probably best to sort it to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that via a private online chat, if you wish.
