No dial tone since new instal of sky max hub

Just had new sky max hub installed. No dial tone for my phone so unable to make and receive calls. Need an answer as pensioner needs to use the landline

@smudger390  Is there a voice light showing on the hub?  Is your phone plugged into the UK phone port at the back of the hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is your phone plugged into your Max Hub? When was your service activated? There's sometimes a slight delay before activation of the phone service completes.

Hi Mark39, appreciate the heads up. All sorted by the looks of it. Land line restored overnight by the looks of it. Activation of the new sky max hub may have been the answer. Many thanks. Best regards
