Just had new sky max hub installed. No dial tone for my phone so unable to make and receive calls. Need an answer as pensioner needs to use the landline

Hi Mark39, appreciate the heads up. All sorted by the looks of it. Land line restored overnight by the looks of it. Activation of the new sky max hub may have been the answer. Many thanks. Best regards
