hey I phoned sky earlier but was told there was a 25 minute wait time to talk to sky talk I never recieved the phone call back, I have still got no active phone line no dial tone,but have broadband, it has been playing up tonight not connecting to my q box on demand, I did a reset connection and that worked, can my phone line be plugged into the router or master socket as I've tried both without any joy any help be appreciated

If you have Sky Internet calls (Sky VOIP) your phone must be plugged into the socket at the back of your Hub, otherwise plug it into the wall socket, via a microfilter unless your wall socket has separate ports for phone and broadband.
