No dial tone on landline

Hi ,

I do not have a dial tone on my landline. I have made all the checks recommended online such as  ensuring everything is plugged in correctly and have tried using a cordless phone at the first phone point in the house. Broadband is working. When i phone the house on my mobile it indicates that the line is busy but all phones are on their holders. Have also tried this just using the cordless phone, still says line busy.

Please may i book an engineer to fix this fault.

Have you changed your broadband package recently and or does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit ?

Thank you for responding. Hub has a voice light that is not on and we havent changed our broadband recently.

My 86 year old neighbour is also having problems, she relies on her phone to stay in contact with her family

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

No dial tone can't use phone people have phoned me and said it's just ringing but no ringing this end

I have a dial tone but the line is very crackly. My neighbour is with BT and he has an engineer there to fix it. Please may i have the same with SKY.
