I'm getting intermittent cutouts on my broadband but it's still working, however I'm getting no landline dial tone. If I try to call my home number I get a ring tone on my mobile but no call is getting through to the landline handset.
I've tried the following :
New handset
Plugging direct into the master socket
I can only conclude there's a hardware fault on the line somewhere.

I noticed it had stopped working recently. We've made no change to our package. Repoting it now as I've had a chance to test the line using a brand new phone.

I have connected to sky landline last month. I do have internet but the phone has no dial tone, cannot ring out and when someone calls it says "this number is temporarily unavailable".
