No dial tone but broadband is working

For the last 2 weeks i have not been able to make or recieve any calls, however my broadband is working fine. i have done all the checks suggested by Sky technical online, but know I feel I am going round in circles as the issue is not sorted. Unsure if the voice light on my Hub has anything to do with the problem but i can say the light is not on. please help!

Have you upgraded your broadband service, or been notified that you're moving to Internet calls? If not, it's right that your Hub's Voice light is unlit.

 

Try Sky's simple checks here, if you haven't already.  If they don't resolve the problem you'll need to report it to Sky.

Thank you for your reply, 

I can confirm that I haven`t  upgaded my broadband or change to internet call. 

 

I have tried to request an enginner after doing all the online checks, however I just dont seem to get any where close to resolveing this.

 

If you can either advise me how to exculate this or if you can assist in getting help, that would be appreciated.

Thanks, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
