You can't ring Openreach direct. To contact Sky, if you already have a Sky Mobile call free by just dialling 150, otherwise use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t like us typing the digits in full).

Like a lot of large companies nowadays any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Also be aware the operating times of departments differs depending on the issue you’re ringing about.

Hi,

 

Same issue as the lady before. No landline since installation over a week ago and no green light on hub. 

 

Tried resetting everything. Phone is plugged directly into the hub and everything turned off for 10 minutes at a time to try and reset everything. No luck!

 

Is anyone available to send an engineer? Please help.

Have tried switching off my Hub and restarting after 30 secs. Did not work. The Voice cal light still dark

@Scythia are you new to Sky broadband/phone or recently upgraded? If so when was your activation date?
