No calls in or out, no voice light on router

We've just discovered that we cannot receive incoming calls or make outgoing ones. Honestly no idea how long this has been the case. Switched over to Superfast Broadband last week from bt. 

 

Ive reset the hub twice, all lights come on except voice. 

 

Tried ringing sky but told 40 minute wait time.

 

Does anyone know another way of contacting them? Or a solution to this

@morri78Was it mentioned that you are supposed to be on internet calls?

Im having the same issue , 35 minutes on hold , tried the facebook system but it cant help?
