Hi there.
I have internet connection but phone line completely dead.
I am not on VOIP.
Mobile signal dead spot , so no alt phone at all.
All checks say no issues in local area, all hints and tips done , still same - no phone connection ?
Escalate please ?

The escalation process, which we could normally use to help you, is now unavailable until Wednesday 3rd January. If need be post on this thread again on Wednesday when we can escalate your post to Sky.

Sorry, still wooly headed here. Why I posted it yesterday I dont know.
😞. Perhaps today might see some action thwn. Thanks for all community helpers for taking the time to help out. I hope it gets escalated today as its necessary for me to keep in touch with elderly relatives.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
