No Dial tone. Can not receive or make calls. Broadband ok.

If I call the landline, it just rings and I get a message of a missed call

First, try the connection test here, even though your broadband is ok. If a fault is detected you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.

Thanks Mark, the only thing it said was the broadband was slow and press a button to rectify it, which came back as Oops!

That's not too helpful! Just to check - have you recently upgraded your broadband package or switched to Sky? Has the phone previously worked ok? If you've not upgraded and this is a new fault, you'll need to report it to Sky. Calling is quickest, if you have the means, otherwise let us know and we can flag your  post to Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help tomorrow via the online messaging service.

I have been with sky Q for 5 years, no upgrades and the phone worked fine last weekend

I can't get hold of anyone at Sky here in Ireland, just going round in circles and this was my last option. 

 

Feel a cancelation coming on if Sky don't pull their finger out! At the end of a long week this the last thing I need, phone call to Eir is beckoning!
