No Dial Tone Broad band is working - tried new filters etc help required please

My phone won’t work, I can’t receive or make calls. When I try ringing my phone it goes straight to voicemail  it won’t ring on the house phone. There is no dial tone, I tried connecting it straight to the mains I have changed filter  and still won't work. The broadband works fine.

Are you new to Sky or have recently upgraded your broadband subscription?

 

Assuming neither is the case, first try the connection test here, regardless of your broadband working ok. If it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.  

 

Otherwise it will need to be reported to Sky. If you have the means, you could call, or we can highlight your post here and they may be able to help via the Community's messaging service.

please organize an engineer to call or to make contact  - please let me know what number to call  as its vital to have a landline over the holiday period

Ive tried all of the steps I can see to do -tried putting leads direct into router etc but no dial tone and no green "voice "light on front of router
