Ive been a customer for a long time its my phone thats been dead 3 days even though i have normal internt usage

@THUNDERCLOUD2  Just wanted to confirm if you had just joined Sky and had been given internet calls. Do you have another way to report this fault to Sky?

 

Could you also run through the basic phoneline fault guide to make sure this is not within your property please.
