New hub, still no light on voice so no phone

New installed hub, phone plugged in, but no light lit on the voice (on hub).. done the steps and still nothing..  help needed, is there a fault with the hub??

When was the new hub installed and was this for a new broadband connection because if it is then it can take up to 24 hours for Sky Talk to start working.

Is this a black Hub? Was this just a  replacement Hub? Or did you upgrade your broadband service?
