Re: What cordless landline phones are people using

I'm having exactly the same problem with incoming calls (goes straight to Sky Voicemail and doesn't ring) with all the rest of my 2-week-old system working fine. I'm having REAL trouble getting through to a human on Sky Help (8 tries on the automated system worthless). You have my sincere sympathy

@Annie136 do you have a white Max Hub or a black one? I assume your phone is plugged into the Hub - it won't work from a wall socket.

It's a black hub, Mark. Yes phone jack plugged into the back of the hub with the other line to a wall plug for power

@Annie136 try turning off both your Hub and the ONT for 10 minutes to see if that puts things right.

Finally able to receive incoming calls with the phone now ringing its pretty little head off!  Mind, it took almost 4 hours on the phone to four different Sky humans after the automated/bot system was useless. I had installed it all properly but the system wasn't activated for several days maybe  because of  Christmas/New Year delays. PLUS I had to push some buttons to reprogram my message settings on my handset.  My week-long nightmare has now thankfully ended
