New account for broadband and phoneline

I've changed over to sky broadband and phoneline today. The internet is working but no telephone anyone help?

Is your phone handset plugged into your Sky Hub? Is the Voice light on the Hub lit? Green or amber?

No it's in the open reach port in the wall. The voice light is green

The green Voice light indicates that you have internet calls and your phone needs to be plugged into the Hub. It won't work in the standard wall socket.

Finally got a cable that goes from the phone to the hub and still have no phone line. Any ideas

It should be a normal BT phone port like your wall socket (as shown in picture with arrow) so normal phone cable should work.
