New Gigafast broadband and now no phone line

I have just had Gigafast broadband installed and have connected my phone to the back of the Sky router and the other lead into the phone. I get no dial tone and the line is dead. I have Sky talk package.

 

Anyone know why please?

How long ago was your new service activated? I assume you have the white Hub?

It is now working, I figured it out. I turned off the Sky box and turned it back on and now the phone line is connected. Thanks for the reply.
