Never been able to log into sky shield to block random callers

Hi,

I have never been able to log into my talk shield to specifically block numbers that have been constantly harrass, harrass since I moved from BT.

All I want to do is block these specific numbers, then turn the shield off. But here is the thing, the website has always been down trying to get into my "Sky Shield".

Therefore, I now have to endure relentless calls that were blocked on my number from BT originally, that I am unable to block on my sky. It is highly annoying, I work from home, I was told it was EASY to block any number I wish, this is not the case.

@Whatever125  Which browser is it you are using to try to access the talk shield to amend it or turn it off?

Should it really matter which browser I am using, I mean really?.  If you can only use on certain browsers, that straight away is poor.  The technology in use these days is very poor, it is the same with cellphones, all of it is utter rubbish.

Oh it wont work,  because the BROWSER your using.  Whatever, that is poorly executed technology and it is not MY fault is it?.  I wish the likes of sky, bt, etc, etc would stop harping on about their services, they are still not upto standards and not what they say they are.

WHAT BROWSER. It should not matter, WHAT BROWSER I am using, should it?.
