Can you clarify? Openreach will only fit a cable from the entry point to your home to a single master phone socket. Any extension cabling is the householder's responsibility to arrange. I'm not sure if it's something Sky would do for you.

Note that it's just 'Openreach': although still part of BT Group, they are specifically forbidden to use BT branding.

 

A Master socket is no longer relevant where FTTP is in place, and an ISP may be unable to book Openreach to carry out such work in an 'FTTP Priority' exchange area because the assumption is that any change to broadband/voice provision will involve an FTTP installation.
