My phone line is not working it’s been longer than 7 days now so what’s up

can't make it get calls on my house phone this has been the case for more than 7 days now

You haven't said whether you've already reported this to Sky? By the way this is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services and there’ll be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of you posting on here.
