My phone and wifi has been down all morning when will this issue be sorted and don't know how long it's been as I'm waiting on hospital calling for my operation. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Alexof67 it's unlikely to be fixed until you report it to Sky. First try the connection test mentioned previously, as, if it detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.
If not, you'll need to speak to Sky. If you wish we can ask the Messaging team to contact you via the forum so that you can do that. But first, let us know the result of the connection test.
