My landline was activated yesterday but my phone hasn't worked all day. Help please.

First - is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? If it has a separate 'Voice' LED on the front panel, is it lit amber or green?

The phone is plugged into router and voice at front is amber

It can take a full 24 hours for the Internet calling service e to become active. Try restarting your Hub by switching off the the plug for 30 seconds or so. If thayt doesn't fix it, it would be best to report it to Sky. Try the restart first, amd if it doesn't help, we can ask the messaging team, to contact you here (to,orrow) so that you can report it via a private online chat.
