My landline was activated yesterday but my phone hasn't worked all day. Help please.

The phone is plugged into router and voice at front is amber

Try restarting your Hub by switching off the the plug for 30 seconds or so. If thayt doesn't fix it, it would be best to report it to Sky. Try the restart first, amd if it doesn't help, we can ask the messaging team, to contact you here (to,orrow) so that you can report it via a private online chat.
