My landline no longer works after superfast Sky broadband installed. Phone says 'check phone line'
I recently had superfast braodband installed by OpenReach but my landline no longer works. Phone says 'check phone line'. Any help welcome.
Also so-called superfast broadband is not as good as previous broadband. Connection weak at times, especially at top of house.

@Mandy57 Is your phone supposed to now be plugged into the router rather than the wall socket?

Have you plugged your phone into the back of your broadband hub assuming it has a landline connection.

I have same problem however I don't get a message. Just no dialling tone. Can't make or receive calls since fiver installed. And my phone is plugged into router.
