I recently had superfast braodband installed by OpenReach but my landline no longer works. Phone says 'check phone line'. Any help welcome.
Also so-called superfast broadband is not as good as previous broadband. Connection weak at times, especially at top of house.

I have same problem however I don't get a message. Just no dialling tone. Can't make or receive calls since fiver installed. And my phone is plugged into router.
