My landline is only getting 12 volts

Currently my landline into the house is only 12 volts and should be 50 volts, any ideas who I need to call to get this fixed?

Are you using a standard corded phone?

Where and how are you measuring the voltage? Bear in mind it's around 50v AC, not DC.

What problem are you having your your phone service?

Its my house alarm, I get a text message when the alram goes off, this is failing due to the low voltage into the house, its the box the line comes into

OK, for any fault you would need to report it to Sky. They'll run a line test and pass on any fault detected to Openreach for investigation.  Call Sky on 150 from your landline or Sky mobile.
