My landline is not working so cannot make or receive calls
As my landline isnot able to make or receive calls I cannot phone Sky, help eeded as disabled

@countryqueen as you appear to have internet access I have escalated your post to a Sky team who will invite you onto a private chat session through the forum where they will add a chat icon. They should be able to get your phone line fixed.

Hi there,
i have the same problem. No telephone and my internet is dropping in and off all the time.
I did all analysis tools already. It should work but it fact it doesn't work at all.
can someone help please.
