My landline is dead and cannot make or receive any calls yet my WiFi & broadband are fine.

My sky landline has no dial tone and is silent, I can't make or receive calls whilst everything else is fine. I tried the online help, skybot and the guides but nothing has helped. We tried checking the cable, plugged in a cordless phone, ran a line check through sky.com, checked on the BT openreach website, but no issues in our area. I have tried all the suggestions from the skybot and online guides, but when I go into the help there is only a telephone number, I rang and was told there was a ½ hour wait and I do not have eough credit for that on my mobile. There does not seem to be any other contact details like WhatsApp or text or email just an online complaint form.

Are you new to Sky broadband/phone service, or has your landline with Sky been working up to now? If you haven't already, try the simple connection test here (even if your broadband is ok) and let us know the result.

OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
