We thought it was user error or the phone, but bought new hand sets to find the same problem. So now think it's the phone line & can't contact a human at Sky
very frustrating as can't receive any calls

It does sound like like fault. Are you unable to make calls too? Calling Sky would be the quickest way to report it - dial 150.

I have same issue. Can call my mobile but when I ring new Sky landline (from BY) it goes direct to voicemail! So annoying. Called Sky who tested it and phone worked! Yet when my daughter and I tried it on separate phones we still get directed to answerphone! What now??
