My landline has stopped receiving calls from mobile numbers. OK from other landlines.
Realised yesterday that my landline is not responding (no dial tone heard) when rung from a mobile number. It works fine for me calling out to a mobile number but not for them calling me back. We've tried with a few different mobile and landline numbers, and it works for the landline every time. I can call out as normal to any number. Any ideas?

As you can make calls then call Sky on the free 150 number to report this fault to them.
