My land line is not working, totally dead, no ring tone. Can't ring out on it and when I ring the land line number from my mobile it does ring.. My internet connection is working OK and I have checked everything plugs and socket connections that Sky tells me that everything is correct.

I called the 'get in touch' but there is no chance to talk to any customer advisers and the Auto answer is nothing to help.

I don't know how to contact them to fix my phone.

@Winnie35When you called was this done on your mobile. Sky said they would send you a text to help? Did you stay on the line after that or just hang up?

I stayed on the line few minutes and no response then hang up the phone

@Winnie35You should have been dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor. Might be best to leave it till the morning to get through.

You will be asked if it is about Sky mobile say " No ",

When asked the nature of the call say " Technical ",

You might be asked to give a mobile number give this, but stay on the line and DO NOT hang up, this should get you dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.

After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally caught an advisior who found out the problem which was due to the cables outside my property. She said that the engineers would hopefully come and fix in 2 working days, I will keep.you updated on how it goes. Thanks.
