My house phone isn’t working again

My house phone not working again , now this has happend previously about 5 times . I have had to have someone out to fix this ,

In what way isn't it working? Any recent changes to your package? What has the engineer done previously to rectify the problem?

It's ringing in . But when I am answer it they is nothing there no sound or anything . Iv had wires n stuff changed previously for it to come back on

I think you'll need to report it to Sky again so Openreach can investigate. Stress to the agent it's a recurring problem.

To see if they can help you I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have just 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
